Terms of Service for Rainy AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By adding or using the "Rainy AI" bot ("Bot") in your server, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted Use

  • You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose.
  • You will not misuse, spam, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • You are responsible for the content you provide through commands.

3. Privacy and Data

  • Our data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short:
    • On Public Servers:The Bot only collects the minimum data required for its commands to work.
    • On our Development Server ("Rainy Season"):We collect additional data for testing and development.

4. Termination

  • We reserve the right to prohibit any user or server from using the Bot if these terms are violated.

5. Disclaimer

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service.
